Where to eat
Where can you reserve a table for the best dining in Biarritz? Let’s discover together!
If you want to taste the flavors of northern Spain combined with a French atmosphere, book a table to Le Clos Basque, a Michelin star restaurant. With prices between 27-32 Euros, the menu is proudly Basque, so expect to find classic dishes such as axoa (mashed veal, onions, and tomatoes spiced with red Espelette chili).
At the Port des Pêcheurs, you can literally watch how your fish is caught and cooked for a fantastic gourmet experience. The Chez Albert restaurant is worth visiting if you like fishy delights. Food quality is amazing (lobster, crab, winkles, cockles, langoustines etc.) and the staff is impeccable. We would recommend you make a reservation ahead of time to hold your spot and enjoy it.
Also, there’s always time for a tapas aperitif. Gorge yourself at one of the oldest tapas venues in town – Bar Jean in a cozy atmosphere. Sit back, taste some calamari rings with your friends and relax your mind. It is open since 1930!
