La D�tente-Carcassonne

Located on the outskirts of the famous medieval city of Carcassonne with views on the Pyrennes, La D�tente is a relaxing semi-detached one storey building with private pool for 6 people. The area offers lots of tourist attractions such as the caves and lakes of the black mountain, visit of Carcassonne and its medieval citadel, Canal du Midi, B�ziers and Narbonne.

As you enter into the house you will find an open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The furniture is of modern style with sofas and TV, wi-fi internet, a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as fridge/freezer, nespresso, microwave, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. This room leads onto the terrace facing the vineyards (French windows). There is a separate guest WC near the entrance.

There are three bedrooms: one twin room and one double room sharing a bathroom (opposite the twin room) with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. The other bedroom is a double room with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower, WC and washbasin). This room leads onto the terrace area via French windows. There is air conditioning in the lounge area only and central heating system throughout the property.

The terrace features a table and chairs and overlooks the swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub. To access the swimming pool there is a few steps leading onto the deck area. The area includes a hot tub and a heated swimming pool (4m x8m) with an alarm system. The pool house has a shower and WC, a BBQ, and garden furniture. The hot tub is for 5 people and available all year round. La D�tente produces its own hot water via solar panels.
