Villa Agrimi - Imerovigli

Located on top of a private land of 4,000sq meters, Villa Agrimi is a secluded villa with private pool for 10 people. The Villa is of contemporary modern lines with some bright colours and offers panoramic views of the volcano and the sea. Within close distance to Imerovigli and the historical town of Fira, the area will offer you a good base to enjoy Santorini.

There are two entrances into Villa Agrimi. The main one is located through the back courtyard of the villa and the second entrance is located via the private garage for privacy.

Villa Agrimi is set over three levels

Lower floor:
On this level a corridor will take you to a double room (king bed) with an en-suite bathroom (shower unit) and a private terrace with sea view and sun loungers. Next to this room you will find a laundry room with washing machine. There is a separate guest WC on this level.

Basement:
From the lower floor to the basement you will find another twin room with en-suite shower which can be used as an extra staff room or kids bedroom. This room has no window. You can access this room from a separate entrance at the back terrace of the house. A fully fitted kitchen is located at the end of the corridor. The kitchen is equipped with dining table and chairs, dishwasher, sink, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and induction hob. A door leads to the pool area.

Ground floor:
On the ground level of the villa you will find an open plan sitting room with a dining room area for 6 people. There is spacious sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and the rooms overlooks the outdoor terrace.

From the dining room going a few steps up you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed with its own bathtub in the main room, a dressing room with twin washbasin and a hydro-massage shower unit. There is another double room (queen size bed) with en-suite shower unit. Both bedrooms have access to the balconies for you to enjoy the sea views.

Mezzanine
From the bedrooms a staircase will lead you up to an entertainment room (home Cinema, library).From the sitting area another hallway will take you to another twin room with access to a balcony. There is a separate bathroom with shower for this room.

The outdoor area features a swimming pool (11m x 5m and depth from 0.80m to 2.30m) accessible via a few steps from the terrace. Next to the pool you will find a pool shower and the decking area will provide you extra sitting with a shaded pergola with table and chairs and sun loungers. On the corner of the large terrace you will find a heated Jacuzzi. A giant chess game near the pool and a small basketball court on the back terrace will provide entertainment for the whole family and guests alike.
