La Verriere-Saint REmy

La Verriere is set over two levels.

As you enter the house you will find the living room/library with TV/DVD, internet access and fireplace leading to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen features a kitchen piano with gas burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. You will find a table with chairs. There is a separate WC.
On this level there is a double room (180cm) with bathtub and WC.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with air conditioning: one twin room and two double rooms. You will find two bathrooms one with shower unit and WC and one with a bathtub and WC.

The outdoor area is composed of a pool house with shower and WC, a swimming pool (12m x5m and depth from 0.80m to 2.10m) accessible via some steps, a garden with petanque area and a BBQ. There are sun loungers and extra garden furniture around the garden. A covered terrace will offer outdoor dining facility.
