VILLA LIZZ – SIENA AREA

Located in the Siena area of Tuscany, Villa Lizz a lovely country villa with a large garden and private pool. Recently renovated, the villa is situated in quiet countryside close to the ancient town of Sinalunga. This small town offers a variety of shops and restaurants and beautiful historic buildings, such as the churches of San Pietro Mensulas and San Martino, the Palazzo Pretorio and the Ciro Theater. The magical art city of Siena and the town of Montepulciano (known for its red wine) are just a short driving distance away and the cities of Cortona, Arezzo and Florence are all easily reachable by car.

The villa develops over 2 levels.

On the ground floor you will find a lounge/dining room (with sofas, armchairs and a dining table), a well-equipped kitchen (with table & chairs) and a utility room (with washing machine). Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden where you will find a swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1.1 m – 1.4 m; open May - October) with sun terrace, a covered outdoor dining area (with table and seating), chairs and sun loungers.
