Villa Menestrello is a beautiful private property with swimming pool and its own tennis court, located south of Floridia town and only 20 minutes drive from the enchanting city of Syracuse. Situated only minutes away from a beautiful gold course, it is perfect for those looking for a peaceful holiday with lots to do in the nearby areas.

Immersed in the countryside and developing over 250 sq.m indoors and a garden of 30,000 sq.m, the villa develops over one level.

Inside, we find a large open plan area with kitchen, dining area and direct access to the garden and pool via large French doors. From here, we access the living room with double sofa bed, table and TV.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a large private swimming pool (14x6.5m; from 0.3m to 1.5m deep; open from May 14 to September 17 2022) ideal for children due to its shallow entrance, equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. Next to the pool, we have a covered gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco meals. The private tennis court (with floodlights, electricity cost on consumption) is next to it, making this villa ideal for families with children. There are external showers as well as an external bathroom with shower.
