The villa develops over two levels and 160 sq.m
On the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area, we find a very large room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, furnished with sofas, chairs, dining area, and open plan kitchen. The sleeping area on this level consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The entrance room via the pool has one single bed with additional pull out bed (converting it onto a twin), this is a through-room, to access the double bedroom and the living area.
An inner staircase takes us to the intermediate level, where we find one double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
External stairs take us to the first floor, consisting of one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa is set in a fully enclosed 2000 square metres garden which is shared with the housekeepers. We have a private swimming pool (4x4m; open from May 1st to October 30th) with sun lounges, and a covered terrace/veranda furnished with table and chairs.
PLEASE NOTE: Garden and parking for common use with the house keepers. Swimming pool is private.
