VILLA SAN FILIS – SAN FELICE DEL BENACO
Ideal for families and friends, Villa San Filis is located approximately 1.5km (about 15 minute walk) from the centre of San Felice Del Benaco; a town filled with shops, restaurants, gelaterias, and more. Nearby you can also find trekking routes and at only 3km from there are the beautiful beaches and port of San Felice, from where you can grab a ferry and visit the lakeside towns. You can enjoy the beautiful lake views from the private swimming pool or the terrace while enjoying an al-fresco meal.

Villa San Filis develops over three floors.

On the ground floor we have the spacious living room with large windows and doors opening onto the terrace, sofas and dining area. There is a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden, furnished with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes, pots and utensils. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and shower, the other with shower.

On the first floor we have one double bedroom with balcony and lake views, and one twin bedroom (with beds that can be pushed together to form a double). One separate bathroom with shower.

On the lower level, we find one bathroom with shower, the laundry room with washing machine and the garage.

The 4000 square metres garden , with beautiful olive groves, offers a private infinity swimming pool (12x4m; 1.4m deep; open all year - not heated) with hydro massage area, furnished with sun lounges and umbrellas. In the outside area we also have the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs.
