VILLA DEI LIMONI – PIANO DI SORRENTO
Villa Dei Limoni is a large and spacious private villa located in the heart of Piano di Sorrento, close to the historic centre and the sea. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and museums while within only two minutes walk from the house you can find the elevator that takes you down to the sea and beach where you can find sun lounges, taxi boats, restaurant and bar, etc. Only 15 minutes walking distance away from the villa, you can reach the nearest bus stop with bus routes into Sorrento centre.

Please note: The owner’s apartment is on the top floor of the building. It is seldomly used and has a separate private entrance. In the event that it is used, guests will be ensured maximum privacy.

Developing over 290 square metres and two levels, the villa is furnished in a typical fashion of the area, with colourful tiles floors and walls combined with modern furnishings.

The ground floor area is open plan, and it offers a large living room with traditional style kitchen, table and chairs for dining and seating corner. There is a separate study room with double sofa bed and one separate bathroom with shower.

On the first floor we find three double bedrooms (with Queen size beds), one bedroom with double queen size bed and a single sofa bed, and one twin bedroom. There are three separate bathrooms: two with shower and one with bathtub and shower.

Outside, in the large garden with lemon trees and a vegetable garden, we have a covered pergola furnished with comfortable seating, table and chairs for al-fresco meals and a barbecue. The property is the ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The garden is fenced.

Info for disabled access: There is an area from the parking place created for disabled. On the ground floor of the house there is a room with a double sofa bed, one bathroom, the living room and the kitchen therefore if there are disabled guests they will not have to take the stairs to get to the first floor. The bathroom is not specifically made for disabled.
